Configuring Root Cause Against

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the System Wide section, click Lists.
    Result: The Lists window is displayed.
  4. Click Add/Modify Existing List Object Values.
    Result: The Lists entry window is displayed.
  5. Click the drop down button and select Audit Root Cause.
  6. Click Next.
    Result: The Audit Root Cause entry window is displayed.
  7. To add a new option to the list, click the Add button and then modify the appropriate List Value, Parent List Value, and/or Sort Order fields.
    OR
    To edit an existing option in the list, modify the appropriate List Value, Parent List Value,and/or Sort Order fields.
  1. Click the Save button.
    Result: The changes are now reflected in the list.
